ΩMarketing Officer

工作职责：

*Support Marketing and Business Development Director to formulate marketing strategy in China;
*Responsible to implement the marketing strategy and coordinate  to ensure the marketing activities are in line with global strategy;
*Act as a key member of marketing and team and contribute to company’s short/medium business development from a marketing perspective;
*Organize and coordinate marketing activities, such as seminars, exhibitions, etc to promote business;
*Create and keep track customer list for regular marketing contacts, such as annual events, seasonal greetings, etc;
*Generate, maintain and update project information regularly in marketing tools / database for project consolidation and analysis;
*Work closely with sales and project development team, arrange meetings and participate tendering & commercial negotiation;
*Responsible to market intelligence, collecting information, analyze and translate into business sense;
*Recommend, monitor and evaluate annual marketing plan and control the costs within approved budget;
*Plan, develop and execute the market communication plan to maximize exposure;
*Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned

职位需求：
*University degree holder in marketing / economics / business / statistics / English/ engineering or related majors
*At least 5 years working experience with 2 years in marketing / business / project development position with large company in power engineering.
*Good inter-personality and team work
*Self initiative, strong ownership and responsibility with minimum supervision
*Good knowledge of using MS Word, PPT, Excel Sheet;
*Language proficiency (written and spoken) in both English and Mandarin
*Energetic, positive thinker and good team player
*Outgoing personality with good communication skills with external and internal customers
*Likes challenges and willing to work under pressure.

ΩApplication Engineer, Drives and Controls

工作职责:

*Provide Application and Technical advice to Technical Consultants, SI’s and end customers in the design of complex system solutions (Application Engineering)
*On-demand, maintenance and upgrade services according to schedule, contracts and specifications.
*Working cross Business Unit or Division as capture team member in project pursuit related to assign grow initiative.
*Co-ordinate with various channels in sales and application proposal for projects, documentation, datasheet, compliance list, recommended spare parts and related documents which required by the tender.
*Offer product packages including dimensioning in according to customer's application needs and specification requirements.
*Technical support to customers that problems are resolved efficiently to minimize system downtime.
*Troubleshoot and repair equipment, applying own knowledge and experience.
*Recommend changes such as new equipment or modified procedures to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

职位需求:
*Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
*Technical Knowledge - Fundamental knowledge in PLC. In depth knowledge in industrial PLC application.
*Team Player - Demonstrate strong personal capability, interpersonal skills and the ability to handle contingency situations effectively as a team player.
*Analytic skills - Adept at gathering and analyzing data, identifying problems, and prioritizing information.
